Health Journey Week 4

Hi all,

Well its been a while. Sorry for being m.i.a I want this to be a regular blog so people reading hopefully enjoy, I stay motivated and accountable in myself.

So here I am just finished week 4 of my health and fitness journey.

I will admit first of all that the last week I have been still following my Nutritional Cleansing Program which I am SO SO SO glad that I have decided to go back on.

The thing that let me down this week was my exercise.  I have been following a 12week bikini body challenge by Kayla Intines. I LOVE IT BY THE WAY.  My aim isn't to be skin and bones, it isn't to have a thigh gap, it's not to have all of those things so many girls aim for (no judgement everyone is different, every shape, everyone's goal I jist don't have the shape to be some of this things) .  My goal in doing this is to get healthier, get fitter, gain muscle, loose weight, tone up.

At this point I am doing 3 HIIT training sessions a week (which I am loving as I am gaining some muscle). I know i need to start doing some more exercise like 3 walks a week as well as my other training sessions.

It's prob not a good way to think but 4 weeks ago I was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO EXERCISE, BARELY ANY WATER, TAKEOUT, LOLLIES, CHIPS, SOFT DRINK.

Now I exercise (which in itself is a big thing as I hate exercise, it boring, I get unmotivated and then give up).  Plus my eating has changed all together.

My Nutritional Cleaning Program is what keeps me accountable and keeps me maintaining a healthy lifestyle everyday.

I have 2 shakes a day that are full of so many good ingredients in the most natural form.

These are some of the ingredients my shakes contain:

Energy - 1004kj
Protein -  24g
Fat - Total - 6g
  Saturated - 2g
Carbohydrate - 24g
Sugars - 11g
Diatary Fibre - Total - 8g
  Insoluble - 1.5g
  Soluble - 6.5g
Sodium - 265mg
Potassium - 380mg

Also contains vitamin c, vitamin do, vitamin b6,vitamin a, folic acid, vitamin b12, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and so much more.

YEP THAT JUST IN MY SHAKES.

My cleansing days are a whole different story. It's an amazing flavoured berry drink that I have 4 times a day that help me cleanse all the toxins out of my body while helping me loose weight.

It's the best products with the highest quality of ingredients to help me feel nourished everyday.

It truly is that simple.

Enough about that.

Like I mentioned in my last blog I promised to myself and to you that I would give up soft drink for good.

I will admit that I had 1 soft drink in 4 weeks weeks and my body made me pay. I had the worse headache the next day and that was only a diet drink.

Shows what it is doing to your body. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD AT ALL.

I have changed a lot and I am extremely proud of how far I have come so far.  There is a while to go yet but I know that I can do it.

Last week I was feeling down and like I was not achieving anything at all.  I then had one of my clients mums come in I did her colour, we chatted and she left.  The next day I received a text from my client (her daughter)  saying and I quote.

" Mum said you looked very healthy the other day"

It's funny how one message, one sentence can change your entire mood, your day or even you week. This was exactly what I needed and it made me stop and remember that I am feeling better, my skin is better, I feel healthier, I am enjoying and doing exercise, I love water, I am gaining muscle and loosing weight.

One bad week doesn't mean you stop, you give up or you quit.  It means the next week you pick yourself up and start again remembering there is always people who will help you, support you and cheer you on, but most importantly there is you believing in yourself that you can and that you will achieve anything you set out to do.

If you want it bad enough you shall have it.

Hope you all had a great weekend

Lots love

Xx
